To download the required file, you will need to click on the link or the button. Start with clicking the link here: Download Internet downloads tutorials. This is a link for downloading a pdf file created for this purpose. Clicking on this link will open a dialogue box. You will be then asked to either open the file or save the file on your computer (Some recent browsers do not show this option for some file types and directly open the file in the browser itself). On clicking on open the file option, file will open without being saved. However, if you wish to retain the file, click on save to computer. This will then open a second dialogue box like the one shown here, which will give you the option of specifying the name to save the file with and also to specify the location where the file needs to be saved.
On having saved the file at a location on your computer, you can then go to that corresponding location and double click to open the file.
